REET Exam Preparation

Candidates in both groups have to prepare themselves in accordance with their level of education. For Primary Group, students have to find out about child development and pedagogy along with the different learning levels in children. Also, they have to create a proper study plan for 2 hours duration.

For Upper Primary Group, students have to focus on language I, II, and III along with basics of Mathematics/ Science/ Social Sciences/ Environmental Studies. Along with that they also have to find out about the RSEB pattern very well so as to score maximum marks in the examination.

The candidate must have studied Hindi, English, and Mathematics during Bachelor of Elementary Education(BEEL) or Master of Elementary Education (MEEL).

The candidate should have passed the same from a recognized Central/ State Board.

For Level-2 (Upper Primary Teacher)

Career after REET

The Rajasthan eligibility examination for teachers (REET) is a state-level examination that is conducted for the recruitment of teachers for classes 1 to 8th. The examination is conducted in two levels – Level-1 and Level-2.

After qualifying, the REET eligibility certificate is issued to the candidates. This certificate has a validity of three years from the date it is issued. The certificate is valid for all the government and private schools in Rajasthan where the candidates will get the priority among Non-REET students.
